I've never belonged to a Crossfit gym. My wife, however, was a member for several years and in that time I met a ton of really fantastic people who train. A while back, we did a shoot (originally intended for a calendar) that demonstrates some of the core movements of Crossfit. I know, the image above isn't exactly a fundamental (pistols on a kettlebell are an impressive feat), but the rest are pretty essential.
For the record, none of these photos have been retouched at all. They have been color corrected and I've tweaked the levels of course, but no one has been air-brushed at all. I feel lke that would defeat the purpose of the thing.
